In Helens own words 🥰..

I joined club when I wasn't in a positive headspace. I was 4 months post-partum and was struggling mentally and physically to look after myself.
I was severly depressed, lacked confidence, was tired all the time and had no motivation to do anything with my boys.

7 months on... I am honestly the happiest I have ever been. My eldest child sees me smiling and laughing now!! I am able to play with my children without getting out of breath. I feel the whole family is happy because I am.

I am due to return to work and so far I have managed to follow plan on the KIT days I have done so far. I have more energy and my anxiety has reduced (even with the stress of my job).

I live in Fareham and manage to get to club twice a week with ease. I can even bring my baby with me!

What I love about club is how friendly everyone is. There is no judgement!! I have been massively supported by everyone especially during a time which would have been very lonely. The advice I am given is amazing and I cannot express how grateful I am for my journey. Thank you Chelsea for helping me find my sparkle again 💕

Did you know you can follow our plan virtually?🙌🏻🌟

We always prefer to have our clients in Club where we can see them a few times a week, but sometimes this just isn’t possible but there is always a solution. 🫶🏻

Darren joined Club but sadly last month had to go Virtual and he has proved that you can carry on this new lifestyle because he has had the support of Club to begin with.

He has done absolutely amazing, and I asked him has he found it hard and he replied no because I don’t ever want to go back to feeling the way I was ‼️

Sarah’s stats have jumped so much in 4 weeks!

How was your bank holiday weekend?

Our club members are not expected to be perfect ever! 🌟

We are working with them to focus on building good daily habits which then allow you to have the odd burgers and chocolate without you feeling guilty or putting on lots of lbs back on.

Helen enjoyed herself but kept to the 80/20 like she always does and that’s why she came in with a loss!

But even if she did gain 300g instead of losing she wouldn’t have been devastated because she knows the scales will go up and down!

20 METABOLIC YEARS YOUNGER IN JUST 4 MONTHS🌟 Feel Good Nutrition

Angie joined club after seeing her friend’s results on social media!!

Many people may prejudge Angie and say “ you don’t need to lose weight “

You’re right, she didn’t need to, but what she did need was a life style change and that’s exactly what she’s done 🌟🫶🏻🙌🏻

Angie is gluten free and this hasn’t been a challenge for us at all, it’s worked really well infact!

Angie is eating more now than before, but good nutritious foods 90% of the time, the other 10% is where the social events come in! Which is life!

She FEELS so much better, she’s back in summer clothes that were a little snug before, but now too big!

She’s able to do the gardening without feeling achey the next day, bones are stronger!

She is now working with us at feel good nutrition to learn how to maintain the scale weight,but still continue to lose body fat, increase muscle, bone mass and hydration!
