I have the privilege of offering counselling to some of the awesome children, at the brilliant Ride High.

Recently they held a wonderful event, the Ride High Charity BallThis event included beautiful speeches from two incredible young ladies, who felt Ride High helped turn their life around. Rosie, spoke such moving words about her beautiful Club Leader Mark and how his empathy and nuturing approach, made all the difference to her experience


Keep an eye on the Ride High MKs page for future fundraising events, raising money to allow incredible children the opportunity to have a once in a lifetime opportunity of working alongside wonderful humans and horses.

Thanks to the incredible generosity shown in January the funds raised will allow us to welcome 49 children and young people in need onto the Ride High programme for a full term. ❤️
 
That means 49 young lives given space to grow in confidence.
49 children building friendships.
49 young people finding calm, courage and hope through time with the horses and our dedicated team. ❤️
 
During the evening, we were privileged to hear from two incredibly courageous former Ride High members who shared their personal stories. Their honesty and strength reminded us exactly why our work matters. Ride High was there for them during some of the most challenging times in their lives – and because of your support, we can now be there for many more just like them. ❤️

To everyone who attended, donated, sponsored, bid, volunteered or supported the event in any way – thank you. Your generosity doesn’t just fund a programme. It creates opportunity, confidence and brighter futures. Because of you, 49 more children will have the chance to find hope when they need it most. 🙏

Thought about counselling but worried about the cost?

Woburn Wellbeing Centre is offering half price counselling in affiliation with Mosaic Counselling, part of the Albany Centre, St Alban's.

The service is provided by counsellors in their final year of their diploma in Gestalt Counselling.

By offering this service locally at Woburn Wellbeing Centre, it offers a place for people in Milton Keynes to access local affordable support.

Bookings are made through the Mosaic Counselling website;

This December we hosted a Christmas Wellbeing Silent Disco, Dance a Change! Each event we donate money to a worthy cause to support charity organisations doing amazing work. This time we chose to help individuals that find themselves homeless this time of year, receive a Christmas dinner.

A massive thank you to the incredible Kirsty Lee Colley and Adam Colley for their amazing singing contribution.

At this time of year, feelings can feel polarised. When we are feeling loved, we can feel more loved. On the flip side, if we are feeling isolated, lonely or in conflict with family members we can feel this more acutely.

Sending everyone so much love and hoping you are ok and have a peaceful Christmas.
