❤️ The Easter bunny has had his fun and frivolities, tempting us with chocolate and hot cross buns, but is now safely back behind bars for another year!! 🐇🐇

If you’ve been putting off returning to group or joining us for the very first time, then there’s no time like the present!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Summer is on the way, and I’m not sure about you, but I’d like to lose a stone before I brave putting my shorts back on!! 👙👙

There’s 14 weeks left until the middle of July, if you lose 1lb per week, that’s a stone gone forever, you’d be down a dress size as well, 2lbs per week, which is really doable, would be 2 stones gone forever!! 😇😇

You wouldn’t need to starve, you wouldn’t need to miss out, and a bonus would be that you’ll be eating tasty nutritional food that the whole family can enjoy!! 🥳🥳
