I have been quietly training and learning alongside my own journey.
Earlier this year I went through some experiences and in the depths of my shadow work found myself in some of the darkest, most confronting spaces I have ever experienced. During that time, I felt cast out, cast aside, and wasn’t always met with the compassion, understanding or support I thought I would receive from people I genuinely believed would understand the importance of being held through difficult seasons too.
But that’s okay.
Because in many ways, those experiences became part of the lesson too.
They taught me discernment.
They taught me boundaries.
They taught me the importance of integrity, humility and safe spaces within this work.
And most importantly… they taught me to keep going.
So I continued on my path.
I continued learning.
I continued facing myself.
I continued growing.
I continued to send out love.
I continued to work from the heart.
Not to become “above” anyone, but to become more grounded, more self-aware and more aligned in the way I hold space for others.
ELK EVOLUTION was never created from perfection.
It was born through lived experience, healing, resilience and deep inner transformation.
And now, everything I offer comes from a place of compassion, embodiment and genuine care for the people who trust me enough to walk alongside them.
Understanding and unity over undermining and undervaluing.
Collaboration and compassion over competition.
