For Happiness Happens Month, Jade and her partner took their gorgeous doggie Franklin out for a lovely birthday walk to celebrate his special day! 🐾🎉

After enjoying their walk together, Franklin was treated to a delicious doggy ice cream at a café. 🍦🐶💕

💜☀️ Making the Most of the Last Weeks of Summer ☀️💜

There’s something lovely about these last few weeks of summer. The evenings are still light, the garden is still full of colour and, when the weather plays ball, there’s plenty of opportunity to get outside and enjoy it 🌿☀️.

For older loved ones, staying active can be as simple as pottering in the garden, popping to the local shop, meeting a friend for coffee or sitting outside with a cup of tea ☕🌿. These everyday routines might seem small, but they can mean an awful lot 💜.

And if something has become a little more difficult, it doesn’t necessarily mean it has to stop 🌸. A shorter walk, a helping hand or simply having someone there for company can make all the difference 🫶.

That’s what good support should be about. Not taking over, but helping someone keep doing the things they enjoy, staying connected and living life in the way that feels right for them 🏡🌸.

🌟 Happiness Happens Month! 🌟

Work can be stressful at times, so taking a little time out of the office to walk, chat and support one another can make such a difference. 💕🚶‍♀️

Catherine and Becky enjoyed a lovely evening walk, taking time to talk, unwind and build a friendship. There were plenty of laughs, lots of chatting and definitely lots of sweat! 😂💦

It’s not always about work — sometimes it’s about being there for each other, having a laugh, sharing a chat and enjoying some fresh air together. 😊💛
