Have you ever stopped to think about the energy behind your thoughts? 🌌

Every thought carries an **energetic vibration**. What we focus our attention on can influence how we feel, how we see the world and the energy we bring into the spaces and relationships around us. 💫

Think of your mind as a little energetic garden. 🌿✨ The thoughts you continually nurture can grow stronger. When we constantly focus on fear, lack or negativity, we can find ourselves caught in that energetic cycle. But when we consciously choose thoughts rooted in **gratitude, love, hope and abundance**, we create a very different inner landscape. 🌸

Sitting here this morning having my cuppa in my cosy corner (apologise photo not great ) when I was visited by this fellow. Ive seen him a few times in the garden. I can Identify him as he has some white spot on his wings. This time he seem very interested in me coming down to the grass in front looking directly at me and for a moment unfazed by the dog. He then flew away and came back with another who both insist on watching me from the fence. This has happened for a couple of days now such beautiful creatures close up.
