1 year later… and the results are still speaking for themselves. ✨
This lovely client came back for a touch-up one year after her original treatment. Last year we performed a combination of PDO threads and a small amount of dermal filler to restore facial support and soften the lower face.
As you can see, the improvement has lasted beautifully. The facial contours remain more defined, the marionette lines are still softened, and only a very subtle refresh is needed to maintain the result.
This is why I love working with a conservative, natural approach. The goal isn't to change your face—it's to support it gracefully over time.
A little maintenance can go a long way. 💛

💋 Is it really a lack of volume… or just a lack of definition?
One of the most common things I hear from clients is:
"I feel like my lips have lost their volume."
But in many cases, the volume is still there.
Hyaluronic acid filler is transparent, and after treatment it can slightly soften the natural colour of the lips. This means the lip border becomes less defined, making the lips appear smaller—even when the filler is still doing its job.
That's why I don't always recommend adding more filler.
✨ Sometimes the most beautiful and natural solution is a soft Lip Blush or a very subtle enhancement of the lip border. It restores definition, enhances the natural shape, and creates the illusion of fuller lips—without adding extra filler.
The photos below are a perfect example. A delicate enhancement of the lip border has made the lips look fresher, more defined, and naturally fuller.
Sometimes it's not about adding more… it's about defining what you already have. 💕

Another milestone on my journey ❤️
Today I received another qualification, and I'm genuinely happy to share it with you.
I have successfully completed the NCFE CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Working with Individuals with Learning Disabilities.
For me, this is much more than just another certificate.
As the mother of an autistic child, I know how important it is to keep learning. Every course helps me better understand my son's world, support his development, encourage communication, and help him become more confident in everyday life.
Over the years I've continued to study autism from different perspectives, including completing Level 3 Autism training and further education in homeopathic approaches to autism support. I believe that the more knowledge we have, the better decisions we can make for our children.
Doctors, therapists and specialists all play an important role, but parents know their child better than anyone. That's why I believe we should never stop learning, asking questions and expanding our understanding.
This certificate is another small step on a much bigger journey—one I'm taking not only as a professional, but most importantly, as a mum.
To every parent raising a child with autism: never underestimate the power of education. The more you learn, the better you can understand, support and advocate for your child.
Learning never stops. ❤️
