We took a lovely long walk around the village today and hid some books! Including some of these gorgeous vintage style Disney books. I found this one and a few more at the charity shop but the ones I have hidden were donated brand new!

Hi everyone!
Sorry for going quiet, we didn’t have enough books and suddenly I have soooooo many!
I’ve got them all packaged and ready to go so keep your eyes peeled.

Here’s my book of the week, I think anything by Nick Sharratt is a great read, or should I say for this one, a great sing along 🎶🎶

This book is great for fine motor skills, using imagination and getting smaller babies interested in reading.

Hi Everyone!

My name is Holly and my wee girl pictured is Wren (10 months)

We are restarting a fun new and FREE activity called look for a book where I will hide books in the village (or surrounding areas when we are out and about) if you find a book you can keep it or read it and rehide it! (Example below) This is fantastic way to get children out and reading.

It would be fabulous if you could snap a picture and post here on our page to see all the books found, please rehide if you can!

My sister started this years ago in East Lothian and ended up in the East Lothian Courier, and we had books donated by Dolly Parton! We are launching this back in East Lothian too if you are ever out and about.
