I think it’s about time I gave this lovely lady some well deserved recognition 🤗
For those of you who don’t know, this is Katie, the wonderful person working behind the scenes at K A Therapy.
She’s the one keeping on top of my diary, sorting appointments, answering messages and generally keeping everything running smoothly. Thanks to Katie, I get to turn up to work, focus on my clients and do what I genuinely love, knowing she’s got everything else under control. So here’s a big shout out to the lady who keeps it all together behind the scenes. Thank you for everything lovely ❤️ xx

I nearly forgot KA Therapy turned 9 this month! 🎉

9 years of fixing bodies… and quietly helping hearts and minds along the way too. 💛

It hasn’t always been easy there’ve been moves, changes, ups and downs, but somehow, here we are.
Still standing. Still smiling. Still loving what I do every single day.

9 years! But I couldn’t have done it without you.
The ones who trusted me, followed me from house to house (literally 😅) and believed in what I do.
