Spectrum Home Care are hiring! We are looking for carers in the Reading and Berkshire area.

Spectrum Home Care is always looking for the right carers to join us who share the same passion we have to make a real difference in people's lives.

Care workers are responsible for meeting the requirements of the clients in a way that respects them as an individual and promotes their independence.

The support will be no different to what would reasonably be given by a member of the person's family.

The qualities we are looking for in our carers are;
* Self-motivated and well organised
* Emotionally intelligent
* Great communication skills (ability to speak English at least at level B1)
* Flexible
* Ability to use your own initiative
* Caring and sensitive to the needs of others
* Empathetic

Spectrum Home Care will be responsible for looking after you in the same way we would expect you to look after our clients.
