胃酸倒流：我幾時急需睇醫生？
留意以下5個症狀

1. 吞嚥困難
2. 吐血
3. 黑便
4. 體重減輕
5. 因為其他原因: 例如心臟病
消化不良和胃酸倒流的症狀可能與心臟病有關，

尤其是糖尿病患者。

我見過一些患者以為自己只是消化不良，但其實是心臟病甚至心臟病發作引起的。

Acid reflux: When do I need to see a doctor immediately?

Watch out for these 5 symptoms:

1. Difficulty swallowing
2. Vomiting blood
3. Black stools
4. Weight loss

5. Due to other causes: such as heart disease
Indigestion and acid reflux symptoms can be related to heart disease,

especially in diabetic patients.

I've seen patients who thought they just had indigestion, but it was actually caused by heart disease or even a heart attack.

胃酸倒流和消化不良很常見。然而，以下症狀可能是胃炎的徵兆，即胃黏膜發炎。

1. 胃部灼痛或刺痛
2. 腹脹
3. 噁心
4. 飯後很快就感到飽脹

其中一個可能的原因是感染了幽門螺旋桿菌。
在英國，通常透過糞便樣本進行檢測。

如果您檢測出這種細菌，醫生會為您提供相應的治療來控制感染。
因此，如果您出現以上症狀，請諮詢您的醫生。

Acid reflux and indigestion are common. However, the following symptoms may be a sign of gastritis, which means inflammation of the stomach lining.

1. Burning or gnawing stomach pain
2. Bloating
3. Nausea
4. Feeling full quickly after eating

One possible cause is an infection by a bacterium called Helicobacter pylori.

In the UK, it is generally checked via a stool sample.
If you test positive for this bacteria, appropriate treatment can be given by the doctors to treat the infection.

Therefore, if you have the above symptoms, speak to your doctor.
