At the moment my creative mind seems to be off somewhere in the distance. Weeks of lovingly a close family member through significant health issues and now time again to do things and the mind canvas is blank. When I feel like this I know the place for me to be is outside surrounded by natural beautiful awe inspiring things. From the tiny pine needle on the ground to the luscious tree canopy in the sky. Then the feeling of calm and inspiration slowly arises again and I wrap myself in it and breathe it in.

At Wild Filles we welcomed Lucy from Rocks n Reiki who talked the girls through making their own crystal spell jars - protection, good luck and confidence. A truly magical experience.

I’ve taken over a whole room with my treasure trove of natural and craft items. Second to being outside in nature, this is where I love to be. On my walks I collect natural items I am drawn to and they end up here. Ready to be used in a project or a wild at heart session

I love to do nature crafts and had the pleasure of making some things for my sister’s wedding last weekend. Wood slice tea light wedding favours, table numbers and willow wands for the flower girls. To match her theme of sage and rustic x

At Enham Trust today we made wooden plaques for some of the trees and plants that are on site. They are now ready to be varnished and at our next session we will go find the trees and put our plaques in the ground next to them .

Our monthly Wild Women session - we appreciated and learnt about some wild plants, creating fairy homes, ate nourishing nettle soup and finished with a short crystal singing bowls sound bath. Returning home feeling held and calm.

World Mental Health Week 2026. This years theme is about taking action to support mental health and wellbeing. For me it is taking time to do things I love. This week it is preparing for my Wild Women session where we will use natural items to make fairy houses or gardens. My little fairy makes me smile
