Hello everyone, I hope you are well!

I have set a date for our July walk! I debating over the date as I didn't know what would be for the best with the 6 weeks holidays coming up. But, it struck me it didn't matter what I did there would never be a date to accommodate everyone; so here it is ➡️➡️

Saturday 23rd July at 11am - Arrow Valley Lake!

Let's all start praying for sunshine now 🤣☀️

Whilst we had a blast at the first walk, I can understand why people wouldn't fancy trugging around in the rain. So let's hope this time round we are blessed with at least a dry day 🙏

Well, the rain really did come down yesterday. But that didn’t put these amazing women off. Thanks so much to LoneWolf.PT and Tamsin Chik for joining me on our very first in .

I laughed when I got out of my car. How can Friday see temperatures of 29oc and yesterday be 13oc and p‘ing it down 🤷‍♀️ Good old British weather.

So, despite the rain we walked around the lake and decided to let our inner child run free on the park. I have got a couple of videos which I will upload 🤣 we were soaked, but it was so much fun 🤩

We finished off with a hot drink and a croissant in the lovely visitors centre Arrowvalley Lake where I spoke with the manager and she agreed to advertise our walks ❤️

I had a smile on my face all day after, thanks so much girls.

I’ll set a date for July in the next few days and pray for better weather 🤣🤣

Today is the day!

11am at the duck feeding area!!

The weather app says some light drizzle, I do hope that doesn’t put you off. I Think after the last couple of days a bit of rain will really help clear the air.

Please ensure you bring a drink with you and maybe a snack ❤️

2 sleeps to go!!

I am so excited to be starting these walks.

I'm hoping the weather will hold out for us and please do feel free to bring a picnic for after the walk.

Just put mapping out our walk next Saturday ❤️

The lake is so busy today. Families having fun, dogs living their best life and friends spending time together, it’s a beautiful sight to see.

It’s got me thinking if anybody wanted to turn it into a picnic afterwards or do something of your own, please feel free.

The weather at the mo says 60% chance of rain but I won’t let that stop me. It’s only water after all 🤣 a good helping of negative ions is good for the mind ❤️‍🩹
