A major new study found that nearly half of adults over 50 actually improved their physical or cognitive function over time.
And one factor made a big difference:

Those who believed they could improve… were far more likely to do so.
It’s powerful.
Because how we think shapes how we act:
Move more → feel stronger → expect more → keep improving 💚

🐣 Good Friday… the day when chocolate becomes a perfectly acceptable food group. 🍫
If you’re planning a relaxed day today, remember:
✔ Walking to the cupboard for another hot cross bun counts as steps
✔ Unwrapping Easter eggs counts as dexterity training
✔ Laughing with friends and family counts as wellbeing

But if you fancy balancing out the chocolate a little… a short walk, a few stretches, or even a sit-to-stand from your armchair during the adverts can work wonders. Your future self will thank you! 💪
Whatever you’re doing today, we hope it’s filled with good company, fresh air and maybe just a little bit of chocolate.
