I’ve run the franchise for almost 2 years, however, it has a long standing clientele branching back 11 years as I took over from one of the company’s pioneer trainers. It’s been something that has made me very proud and given me a decent income while allowing me the flexibility to put my family first and work around another role outside of the company.
The new owner has everything to just pick up and carry on with the existing (and amazing!) team or shape it however they like. The brand is well established and loved. we have a number of repeat school & nursery clients as well as partnerships with well known brands and businesses.
You don’t need any first aid or business experience, you will be trained in everything and supported throughout.
You do need to have a car and driving licence.

This session, and Charlotte, who led it were brilliant. Great value for money and I’d recommend this to any new parents or parents to be. Charlotte shared so much helpful information and demonstrated a lot of great techniques - I feel a lot more confident!

🌡️Febrile seizures are relatively common in young children and can be very scary to witness, especially if you’ve never heard of them.

🌡️They usually last for around 2 to 3 minutes and it’s important to know what to do during and after a seizure.

🌡️They usually affect children between 6 months and 6 years old because the part of the brain that controls temperature regulation isn’t fully developed.

🧠 World Mental Health Day – 10th October
Today is day so in honour of this here are some important reminders for us mums.

💕Becoming a mum can feel hard at times. Feelings of loneliness and sadness at the loss of the life you had before you had your baby are not uncommon but are not commonly spoken about for fear of judgement or being deemed a ‘bad’ mother. They also come with a decent helping of guilt for having those feelings.

❤️‍🩹We’re here to tell you to go easy on yourself; you’re doing a great job. We were never meant to do this on our own.

💝If you are struggling and feel you could use some support, here are some people who can help you. You are not alone.

📌 SAVE this post!

🦷 One question we are often asked by parents in our first aid classes is what to do if a child ever knocks out a tooth.

🦷 So here’s what you should do:

🥛 A knocked-out adult tooth can usually be saved by putting it back in place, or in milk as soon as possible before seeing dentist.

🦷 If it’s an adult (permanent) tooth:

•Hold it by the white bit that sticks out of the gum (the crown). Do not touch the root.
•Lick it clean if it’s dirty, or quickly rinse it in cold running water for no more than 10 seconds.
•Try to put it back into the hole in the gum.

🥛 If it does not go in easily:
- put it in milk
- put it in saliva – by spitting into a container (if it’s your tooth) or having your child spit into a container (if it’s theirs)
- hold it in your cheek until you see the dentist – but do not ask younger children do this in case they swallow it

🦷 If it goes back in, bite down gently on a clean cloth to hold the tooth in place.

🦷 Go to a dentist as soon as possible.

👶🏻 If it’s a baby tooth:
- do not put it back in – it could damage the tooth growing underneath

🤔If you do not know if it’s an adult or baby tooth:
- put it in milk or saliva (by having your child spit into a container) and bring it to the dentist

🦷 If you or your child have knocked out an adult tooth, even if you cannot find it it’s best to get help as quickly as possible – call 111 as soon as possible for advice on what to do.
