I've just waved my youngest off on the adventure of a lifetime as they head to Heathrow Airport to fly to San Francisco for a week with their older brother! I'm home alone with the four cats for a week now, good practice for a couple of years when they go to university! How time flies - it seems like no time at all I was in the labour ward!
I'll barely have time to miss them though - i've got a busy week of Yoga!
Later today, we'll be in Treherbert Old Age Hall at 10.30 for our first class of the week. This afternoon I'm at Mental Health Matters Wales Treorci, offering free Wellbeing Coaching for women. And this evening, the first class in Oak Tree Hall of the week, from 7-8.30.
Tomorrow, we begin the yoga day at Ynys y Cwtsh - Champions for Ynyshir at midday, then it's straight to Blaencwm Community Centre at 2.30.
On Wednesday, we've got 'Chair and Chat' at Oak Tree Hall, and in the evening, I'm heading to the Rhigos with Mental Health Matters Wales to watch the partial eclipse, and teach a mountain Yoga class (don't forget your eclipse glasses!)
At 10pm, I'm on Rhondda Radio 106.1 + 97.5FM with Slow Down with Esther - the theme will be eclipse related I'm sure!
Thursday is a day of self care and rest for me. I'll be joining The Good Stuff at Down to Zero for Adult Ecotherapy and lunch club, and then I expect it will be home for a much needed rest to take care of the ME/CFS.
On Friday afternoon, I'm headed to Pontypridd library for Energy healing with Relaxtherapy with RESET RCT.
Saturday is the Warrior Woman Yoga Day Retreat at Cambrian Village Trust! I can't wait for this! A day of strength through movement, breath, meditation and deep rest and relaxation. There are still tickets available, I'd love you to join me! https://www.tickettailor.com/events/esthernagleyogaandwellbeing/2329998
And on Sunday, after probably a day of rest and lots of sleep, I'm heading to Cwmparc Community Centre to enjoy Shelley Caviell's sleep workshop. Thanks to the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, sleep is problematic for me, so I'm looking forward to seeing what else Shelley can offer me to help improve it.
With so much on, and all the rest I'll need in between to manage my fatigue, I don't think I'll have time to miss Marcus, will I!?
I hope you'll be able to join me on the mat somewhere in our beautiful valley!
