This is, without a doubt, one of my absolute favourite treatments — not just of the month, but possibly of the year. ❤️

My Signature Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage is so much more than the name suggests. Your 45 minutes begins with an aromatic back, neck and shoulder massage using soothing hot stones, before moving onto the arms and hands.

Once you turn over, we continue across the shoulders before moving into a deeply relaxing scalp massage, followed by a divine facial massage performed with a luxurious cleansing balm.

Then comes the gorgeous hot towel ritual, before we finish by nourishing the skin with our beautiful rose balm. 🌹

It really is one of those treatments where you simply close your eyes, switch off and let yourself be looked after.

There are some days when I just stop for a moment and realise how incredibly lucky I am.

To every single person who has chosen to book with me over the years… thank you. Whether you’ve visited once or you’ve been coming back month after month, your support has allowed me to do a job that I genuinely love every single day.

I’m especially grateful to my wonderful regular clients. It’s always such a pleasure to welcome you back into the treatment room. Thank you for trusting me with your wellbeing, your relaxation, and often the stories of your lives. The conversations we share, the laughs, the quiet moments, and seeing you leave feeling lighter and more relaxed never gets old.

I’m also so grateful that I’m consistently booked around a week in advance. I never take that for granted. Every booking, recommendation, review and kind word means more to me than you’ll ever know.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for supporting my small business and allowing The Urban Retreat to continue doing what it was created for… helping people slow down, switch off, and take time to care for themselves.

Today is a little different for me as I’m spending my Sunday interviewing and carrying out a trade test with a lovely therapist who is hoping to join Lewis and me at The Urban Retreat. As the business continues to grow, my goal is to build a team that shares the same passion for exceptional treatments, genuine care, and making every client feel completely looked after.
