We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic volunteers to become Walk Leaders for our Walk Derbyshire walks across Amber Valley.

Full training and support will be provided, so if you'd like to help others enjoy the benefits of walking while giving something back to your local community, we'd love to hear from you.

It was a pleasure to lead the amazing Amber Valley Ambles group today around Riddings!

We had a Nordic Walking taster session beforehand, the group loved it and really felt the benefits of using the poles.

🚶‍♀️ Carers walk and wellbeing chat ☕

If you help care for someone, why not come along and join this friendly wellbeing walk around Ripley?

Join Laura, Carer Support Worker, alongside Move More Amber Valley and Walk Derbyshire for a relaxed walk, followed by a cuppa and chat afterwards.

📅 Wednesday 10 June
⏰ 12pm to 2pm
📍 Ripley Leisure Centre, Derby Road, Ripley, DE5 3HR

The walk will begin at 12pm, with tea, coffee and a chat from around 1pm.

There’s no need to book in advance, just come along.
