Delivering Sound Meditation school workshops gives me the greatest pleasure.

Here's what one very tuned in 11 year old wrote of the experience:

It was really calming, I especially enjoyed the moments of silence in between the various sounds of the instruments.

That made my heart sing.

Pupils from Years 3 to 6 enjoy a sound bath and workshop as part of a series of events during Children's Mental Health Week
