When we first walked into this empty unit, all we saw was potential. Not just for a gym, but for something so much bigger than that.

We didn’t just want to fill a room with equipment.
We wanted to fill it with people. With energy. With confidence. With support. With women cheering each other on.

A space where you can come to train hard, grow stronger, make friends, have a laugh, switch off from the outside world for an hour… and just have time for YOU. 🤍

The PT Studio was built to feel welcoming from the second you walk through the door. No judgement. No intimidation. Just a safe space for women to move their bodies, build confidence, and be part of a community that genuinely cares.

Watching this place go from an empty shell to what it is now has honestly been one of the proudest moments of our lives. And the best part? The community inside it is what truly brings it to life.
