Happy Monday ๐ŸŽ‰

Just reflecting on a busy weekend watching Scotland ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ โšฝ๏ธ ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ win their first World Cup game what a night and then yesterday (Sunday) was a presentation of a framed Bute Wheelers Jersey to the Anchor Tavern who are now the clubโ€™s official sponsor

Busy Monday as always, 4 classes today. My 12.30 yoga class was awesome as always. We practiced slow movements linking breath to the moves. Participants in the class reported how relaxed they felt at the end after having particularly busy mornings.

So Yoga on a Monday a great way to start the week after a busy weekend or hectic Monday morning catching up on emails etc.

Proud of our menโ€™s Yogalaties community!

14 guys attended tonight, all are progressing and reaping the benefits of weekly sessions.

Backgrounds range from ski โ›ท๏ธ instructors to joiners to gardeners to painter and decorators to guys with desk jobs to musicians to sports athletes.

Yoga and Pilates helps the guys with strength, balance, flexibility and mild back pain.

Iโ€™d love to start up another class so the guys can attend x 2 weekly sessions. Regular consistent exercise is where the magic really happens! Ping me a message if you want more information and to join our community. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช

Lovely yoga class tonight and thank you to everyone who came along! At the end of the session instead of Savasana I led the class with a Reiki Circle. A lovely relaxing healing with the sharing of positive energy.
