Wow! What a hot 🔥 🥵 weekend its been.

So much so that today, I treated myself to a trip to the beach ⛱️ with fish 🐟 & chips 🍟 for dinner. Was lovely to spend a few hours on thr beach, in the warm sun, just watching the sea 🌊

Yesterday I walked without the dog 😱

A different location with a friend before networking. Even at 9am it was toastie!

I am incredibly lucky where I live, we have many places to walk in natural beauty.

Ive also found a new networking group, which i actually quiet like 👍

Thats a very strong message. So its time, I paid attend to the message, what is going on around me, and the plans I have thought about. Its time to shift the energy, the mindset and believe in myself

Anyone else suffering as the seasons change?

Constantly cleaning your throat and blowing your nose 🤧

The change in weather, pollen changes all make breathing a little bit of a struggle. For me, currently this is also making ny body produce a lot of mucus 😕

I have made up this cute little rollerball with the amazing Air blend by doTERRA 💙 it helps to open my airways and get rid of all that mucus, making my life so much easier. Its also so easy to pop into a pocket kr my bag 💕

I'm not sure what has happened to the weather 🤔

But, being a dog owner, I must walk. After dropping my daughter off, due to a trip, I decided to walk somewhere different.

Change is good. I needed to walk somewhere different, I just didnt realise! I was more observation, not taking my environment for granted.
