With the high temperatures set to return and primary care seeing more cases of dehydration symptoms please be advised:

Dehydration means your body loses more fluids than you take in. If it's not treated, it can get worse and become a serious problem.
A pharmacist can help with dehydration
If you're being sick or have diarrhoea and are losing too much fluid, you need to put back the sugar, salts and minerals your body has lost.
A pharmacist can recommend oral rehydration solutions. These are powders that you mix with water and then drink.
Ask your pharmacist which rehydration solutions are right for you or your child.

Would you like to be more active, lose weight and join a supportive group of likeminded people? 😁

You just need to meet all of the following criteria:

• Motivated and ready to change.
• An Isle of Wight resident or registered with an Isle of Wight GP.
• BMI > 30 (BMI > 27.5 black, Asian and other ethnic minority groups, or specified long term health conditions).
• over 18 years (16 and 17 years with GP/Healthcare professional recommendation).
• Not pregnant.
• Don’t have a severe psychological morbidity and/or eating disorder.
• Haven’t accessed the same service in the last 12 months.

Wear suitable spf & reapply regularly....🕶
Cover up, wear a hat and sunglasses...👕
