Happy Monday!! (Not a reference to the 90s band, there!) If your Monday is Mondaying, this is a little pep talk, from me to you. 😘
Keep things simple (as much as is possible), today. The moon is all about emotions, and Mondays often tend to bring quite a few of those up. Also drink water, because the moon governs the water in our bodies, and feeling/healing/releasing those feelings needs extra hydration. Trust me, this is from experience and observation.
(These reminders are intended to help you, if your Monday is a bit 🙄. You probably know all this already. I am *not* telling you this because I think you don't know it already. But sometimes it just helps to hear what we already know. Energetically, mentally, on whatever level, it can help.)
You can do this! One breath at a time. And possibly with strategic cups of tea as well 😉
And try to avoid getting caught up in adding loads of stress and impossible goals, especially if you're already juggling all the plates! (This is for me too - I do this. Honestly!! Lol)
