We'd love to have you join us on our Enchanted Family Wellness workshop... an evening of gratitude, creativity, rituals, relaxation and connection.
What will you experience?

🧹Children will decorate their very own broom to take home.
🍯 Gratitude cauldron ritual... full up with things your thankful for.
🎼 Cuddle up and relax to the soothing vibrations of a sound bath...a chance for both adults and children to slow down and breathe.

Honestly, when was the last time you had an evening of switching off and connecting with your child and making lovely memories? ❀️.

Time: 6.30-8pm.

We are so excited for our interactive sound bath this month. We have some spaces left πŸ™Œ

If you've been feeling stressed, overwhelmed or tired... this is for you!

It is an immersive evening tailored to help you slow down, release the mind chatter and reconnect with yourself.
We will begin with a fun activity designing our own group sound bath ☺️ you will practice breathwork with drumming, before we settle down and set intentions to a beautiful relaxing sound bath.
