Park Beck Care Home is a charming 37 room care home set in a unique Victorian building in the picturesque seaside town of St Leonards-on-Sea. Inside, a spacious main lounge provides a welcoming space for socializing, watching TV, or reading, while a quiet lounge offers a peaceful retreat for family visits. Outside, a large rear garden features a generous patio seating area, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and relaxing.

💜 Happy National Dementia Carers Day 💜

Today is a special day to celebrate the incredible people who make such a difference to the lives of our residents every single day. 🫶🏻

We haven’t been lucky enough to capture all of our amazing staff alongside our residents, but here are just a few happy memories that show some of the love, laughter and special moments we’re privileged to share at Park Beck. ✨

Today, we celebrate every single member of our Park Beck family — from our wonderful housekeeping team, carers and activity coordinators, to maintenance, chefs, managers and everyone who works behind the scenes to keep Park Beck feeling like home. 🏡💕

Every role matters. Every person makes a difference. And together, you all go above and beyond to bring smiles to our residents’ faces, create precious memories and make sure they feel safe, valued, loved and truly at home.

Caring for someone living with dementia is so much more than a job. It’s patience, compassion, kindness, laughter, understanding and showing up — day after day — with love. ❤️

To all of our incredible staff: thank you. Thank you for everything you do, including all the little things that may go unseen but mean the absolute world to our residents and their families.

We appreciate you more than you know. 💜

✨ Plenty of magic moments at Park Beck! ✨

Some are caught on camera, and some happen quietly behind the scenes — but every single one is special. 🫶🏻

As staff, we feel incredibly lucky to come to work each day and have the opportunity to laugh, love, show up, and make memories alongside our wonderful residents. ❤️

It’s the little moments that make our days so meaningful — a shared joke, a big smile, a cuddle, a dance, a conversation, or simply being there when someone needs us. 🥰

Our residents bring so much joy, warmth and purpose to what we do. They remind us that it’s not just a job; it’s about the people we care for, the relationships we build, and the memories we create together.

And honestly… if we’ve managed to put a smile on their faces, then we’ve had a great day. 🫶🏻✨

Here’s to all the magic moments — the ones we capture, and the countless beautiful ones that happen when nobody is watching. 💕✨

We had the most adorable visitor at Park Beck today! 🥰🐶

Our lovely residents were treated to some very special puppy cuddles, and it’s safe to say this little bundle of joy brought pure smiles, happiness and love to everyone’s faces! 💕

There’s something truly magical about the joy animals bring. From gentle strokes and cuddles to those little puppy eyes and wagging tails, our residents enjoyed every precious moment. 🐾🥹

Our lovely residents enjoyed getting involved this afternoon by making sandwiches for everyone! 🥪💙

It was wonderful to see everyone getting stuck in, choosing their favourite fillings, spreading, chopping and putting together a delicious selection of sandwiches. There was lots of teamwork, smiles and plenty of tasty creations! 😋

Activities like this are a lovely way to encourage independence, reminiscence and social interaction, while giving our residents the opportunity to be involved in everyday tasks and enjoy doing something together. 💕

This week we’d love to introduce one of our wonderful team members, Sirreh. ❤️

Sirreh is a valued member of our night team and brings kindness, compassion and dedication to every shift. She always goes above and beyond to ensure our residents feel safe, comfortable and cared for, putting person-centred care at the heart of everything she does.

Known for her reliability, positive attitude and willingness to help others, Sirreh is a fantastic team player who is always happy to support both residents and colleagues alike. Her caring nature and warm smile help create the calm, welcoming environment that Park Beck is so proud of.

We are incredibly grateful to have Sirreh as part of the Park Beck family, and it’s easy to see why she was recently recognised as our Employee of the Month! 🌟
