A comprehensive, athlete‑focused assessment built by specialist physiotherapists and powered by elite‑level force plates and dynamometers.

What we assess:
• Mobility / range of motion of key joints and muscles
• Balance
• Max Strength in run-specific movements
• Power including jumping and plyometrics
• Asymmetries between limbs
• Running gait
Your data is then analysed by running specialist physios giving you:
• Key strengths and areas for improvement.
• How to reduce injury risk and improve performance based on your data.
• How you compare to normative data for your sport, age and s*x.
