Our July recruitment figures are in📊

July was another busy and successful month for our Recruitment team! From new vacancies and job offers to confirmed start dates, here’s a snapshot of what we achieved:

📥 8,677 job applications were received
📢 741 vacancies were posted
🤝 609 job offers were made in July - 264 more than in June!
🎉 428 confirmed start dates
⭐ 100% of new starters rated their recruitment experience as ‘excellent’ or ‘good’
👩‍⚕️ Nursing and Midwifery had the largest professional intake during the month

And we couldn't talk about our recruitment activity without celebrating our team and the difference they make. Here’s some brilliant feedback recently received about one of our Senior Resourcing Officers, Sharron:

💙 Do you want to make a difference to children with additional needs and their families?

We're looking for a qualified Health Visitor to join our developing SEND Health Visiting Team in Bury.

This rewarding role offers the opportunity to manage a specialist caseload, providing enhanced, child-centred support for children with additional needs and their families. You'll work closely with partner agencies, schools and multidisciplinary teams, helping to safeguard vulnerable children, support transitions and improve outcomes.

With a smaller caseload, you'll have the time to build meaningful relationships, deliver personalised care and share your specialist knowledge to support the wider Health Visiting service.

Come with us behind the scenes at our Biomedical Scientist recruitment day 👩‍🔬🧪

We recently welcomed candidates to a dedicated recruitment day, designed to showcase more than what can be captured in an online application.

From team activities and a technical assessment to interviews and a tour of our laboratories, candidates had the chance to get to know our teams, experience our working environment and share their skills and knowledge throughout the day.
