British Powerlifting Championships – Chelmsford 🇬🇧

What a brilliant weekend competing at the British Powerlifting Championships.
So lovely to see so many friends, have a good laugh, and enjoy every moment on the platform.

Results:
• Squat 125kg
• Bench 72.5kg
• Deadlift 120kg
• 9 white lights

Really happy with how the weekend went — but now the focus shifts to PBs at the Europeans in May. Back to training and building from here.

Huge thanks, as always, to my coach Ellie Steel, and to Jordan Bollard for his help on the day.
And a massive thank you to all the spotters and loaders for their tireless work keeping us all safe on the platform — it really is appreciated.
