How has it been one week since we sat together and shared Evolution of a Yogi with Q + A from Raghu Joel and KRISHNAPREM 🩷 ?!

A great lesson in building authentic community, cultivating loving awareness and joy!

I'm excited to share with you our next Ram Dass fellowship gathering on Saltburn by the Sea beach, this month!

📅 Sunday 30 August
🕰️ 16:00-18:00

🌊Beach walk (if not accessible, you can hang out on the beach while we walk), sharing your favourite Ram Dass teachings, optional sea dip + chanting, vegan and veggie BBQ*, and more!

📍We'll meet next to the sauna box at the end of the promenade 😊
