This is my journey, I would love you to be part of it too:
Restoring Through Focus was born from a personal journey of finding calm, balance and purpose through nature and holistic wellbeing.

Inspired by the natural world and the simple comfort of holding a stone or shell, I discovered the grounding benefits of Reiki during a particularly challenging period of stress and anxiety. With the guidance of a wonderful Reiki Master Teacher, Fiona, I rediscovered my passion for natural healing and the unique qualities of crystals.

This journey inspired “Crystal Jewellery with Purpose” — thoughtfully created pieces that bring together the beauty of crystals with a focus on wellbeing and self-care.

My passion has since expanded to include our four-legged friends, creating crystal collar clips and aromatherapy-inspired accessories for dogs, alongside bespoke leather collars and harnesses designed with their comfort and individuality in mind.

At the heart of Restoring Through Focus is a love of discovering, creating and sourcing beautiful, quality items that bring a little joy, comfort and wellbeing into everyday life — whether it’s something special for yourself, your best friend, or someone you love.
