✨ Baby Massage ✨

Looking for a calm way to wind down before bedtime with your little one? 👣

My massage classes are small, calm and relaxing for parent and baby. They are taught over 5 weeks to help learn the strokes and find that peaceful bedtime routine together 💤 The classes are available in a 1:1 or group setting 🎃

Every baby is different, and during massage it’s completely normal for your little one’s mood to change. They might become a little wriggly, start chatting away, or lose interest for a moment and that’s absolutely okay 🧡

There’s no such thing as a “perfect” massage session. Following your baby’s cues is far more important than completing every stroke.

Remember… 🧡

👣 Some massage is always better than no massage.
👣 It’s okay to pause.
👣 It’s okay to cuddle.
👣 It’s okay to stop altogether if that’s what your baby needs.

The most important part of baby massage isn’t getting through the routine, it’s spending that precious, connected time together. ✨
