One week ago, a client came to me carrying deep grief, nervous tension and the weight of holding everything together.
This week she sent me this:
“I feel calm, grounded and quietly confident.”
“The mantra has become: I am enough.”
“I’ve had a couple of crisis moments and instead of staying in survival mode, I’ve been able to breathe and return to my inner calm.”
For me, this is what healing is about.
Not escaping life.
Not becoming someone else.
But remembering who you are beneath the overwhelm, the pressure and the patterns of survival.
When we begin to feel safe within ourselves again, everything starts to shift.
Our relationships.
Our boundaries.
Our decisions.
Our ability to trust ourselves.
And often those changes ripple far beyond us 🌹
