They improve fragile, peeling or brittle nails in 3 days and when you feel like a change you can simply remove it with nail polish remover 💅 😁🤗

Well I’ve finally gone and done it …. I’ve attended a course to improve my massage skills. Having had a few requests to do massage that would help sports performance and also build my knowledge on injury recovery and deep muscular tension I knew I needed more than Swedish massage. I’ve learnt more about trigger points that can sit in muscles causing pain and it’s great for releasing repetitive strain on muscles and this is different to the knots we sometimes find.
I’ve always wondered about deep tissue massage and why it’s soo good for us but now I’ve had it done on me too it’s completely different to a normal relaxing massage but can assist healing and promote performance.
If you’re carrying a lot of tension in the muscles that are causing issues then this is for you. I’m going to be homing my skills before doing this on any of you guys but watch this space …. I will be ready to offer this soon 😃🙌

Just tried the new Neroli and Rose Superskin Advanced Nourishing Cleansing Balm this morning and It smells devine. A little went a long way for this £30 balm but my skin felt soo hydrated after washing off with the fluffy cloth included. I’m that impressed I’m going to switch this into my Liz Earle Luxury Facial £40 for 1 hr 15 mins 😀 it contains a plant based alternative to collagen so great for anti aging 😁

Just a reminder I still have the HiBrow offer on which is a stain rather than a tint and better for staining the hair for a longer period of time up to 2 weeks. Definitely lasts longer than tint on the hair. It’s £10 rather than £12 for the months of April/ May. Here’s a before and after result on my lady today # patch test required 48 hrs before if not been tinted before
