✨Silence✨

I consider myself a part time DJ, because of how much effort I put into creating playlists that reflect the mood I want to bring into a yoga class.

That said, I often do my own Yang Asana in silence, because I simply don’t need music when I practice.

If we are talking Yin yoga, then I want to hear all the songs that will help me cry and release emotions.

There is no right or wrong, two -or three!- different truths can coexist at the same time💫🌙✨
