Can I tempt you…?

Every now and again, when the sauna is glowing, the wonderful Elms 'Elevated Luxury for Mindful transforms the Bothy next door into a little haven of relaxation, ready for the most perfect back and shoulder massage.

And on Thursday 25th June, she’ll be back.

I’ve opened up an 8.45am sauna session, giving one lucky person the chance to enjoy a restorative sauna, followed by a 10am massage.

Simply book your sauna seat through the Sauna Hug website, and your massage directly through The Elms website.

I’m such an morning person… even when sleep is a bit all over the place at the moment 🙃 I am obsessed with that first coffee, the quiet, the little rituals I build into my mornings.
