But we’re British.

And frankly… we’d rather not. 😂

At Sauna Hug, we have 3 private changing rooms.

No awkward towel manoeuvring.
No trying to get dressed whilst someone else is doing the same.
No pretending you’re completely comfortable when you absolutely are not. 😆

Just your own little space to get changed.

Because we want Sauna Hug to feel relaxed, and comfortable from the moment you arrive.

Can I tempt you…?

Every now and again, when the sauna is glowing, the wonderful Elms 'Elevated Luxury for Mindful transforms the Bothy next door into a little haven of relaxation, ready for the most perfect back and shoulder massage.

And on Thursday 25th June, she’ll be back.

I’ve opened up an 8.45am sauna session, giving one lucky person the chance to enjoy a restorative sauna, followed by a 10am massage.
