What I no longer do as a fertility practitioner…
There was a time when I thought being a good practitioner meant carrying every client's journey on my shoulders.
If they were struggling, I struggled.
If they were waiting for results, I carried that weight too.
I cared deeply.
I still do.
But I realised something important.
No amount of me worrying could create the changes their body needed.
Real change doesn't happen in one consultation.
It happens in the moments afterwards.
When you're standing in the supermarket wondering what to buy.
When you're questioning whether you're doing the right thing.
When life gets busy and you're trying to stay consistent.
When your period arrives and you're wondering what it means.
So many women tell me they've seen doctors, consultants and fertility specialists.
They've been given information.
They've been given test results.
They've been given a diagnosis.
But they haven't been given someone to walk beside them while they make sense of it all and implement meaningful changes in everyday life.
That's the difference in how I work.
I don't just give you a personalised fertility plan and send you on your way.
We build a strategy around your body, your life and what I believe your body may be responding to.
Then, for the next 30 days, I walk beside you through WhatsApp support.
Because I'm not just teaching theory.
I've walked this path myself.
After being told I would never conceive naturally because of cysts, fibroids, scarring and a blocked tube, I chose to understand my body differently.
That journey led me to becoming a mum at 45.
Today, I have a beautiful six-year-old daughter.
That experience changed me as a woman and as a practitioner.
It taught me that information alone rarely creates change.
Support does.
Understanding does.
Having someone in your corner when life gets messy does.
I still care deeply about every woman I work with.
What's changed is how I support her.
Not by carrying her journey…
But by walking beside her as she learns to understand and trust her body again.

Could one of the biggest questions you're carrying have nothing to do with your fertility?
When we're trying to conceive, it's natural to focus on blood tests, hormone levels and diagnoses.
They're important.
But sometimes they're not the only part of the story.
Looking back at my own journey, I realised I was also carrying questions I hadn't fully acknowledged.
What will happen to my career?
Who will I be if I become a mum?
Can I still build the life I've worked so hard for?
These weren't questions I consciously connected to my fertility.
They were simply part of the bigger picture of becoming a mother.
Today, when I support women, I don't just look at symptoms and diagnoses.
I become curious about the whole woman—her life, her experiences, her responsibilities and the questions she's carrying.
Because fertility isn't just about understanding your hormones.
It's about understanding yourself.

The biggest decision I made wasn't whether to have surgery.
It was deciding not to make one of the biggest decisions of my life from a place of fear.
When I was told I had cysts, fibroids, scarring and a blocked tube, I could have believed that was the end of my story.
Instead, I became curious.
Not because I ignored my diagnosis.
But because I wanted to understand what my body was responding to, not just what it had been labelled with.
That question changed everything.
It led me to conceive my daughter naturally at 44, and it completely changed the way I support women today.
I don't tell women what decisions they should make.
I help them understand the bigger picture, so they can make decisions from clarity, not panic.
Diagnosis is information. It isn't always the whole story.
If you've been told your age, AMH, fibroids or another diagnosis means your options are running out, perhaps the next question isn't, "What should I do?"
Perhaps it's, "What is my body responding to?"

"I'm scared I've left it too late to get pregnant."
This isn't just a fear about age.
It's the fear that every month matters.
The fear that your body is running out of time.
The fear that IVF is your only option.
Many of the women I work with have already spent months or years trying to conceive.
They've researched everything.
They've changed their lifestyle.
They've invested in their fertility.
Yet they still feel like nobody has looked at the whole picture.
When I hear this story, I don't just look at a diagnosis or a hormone level.
I'm curious about what your body is showing us.
✨ Are your periods becoming lighter or less predictable?
✨ Are you exhausted but still pushing through every day?
✨ Are you lying awake worrying that you've left it too late?
I don't see separate fertility problems.
I see a pattern.
If this resonates with you, comment PATTERN below with:

People often ask me why I do this work.
The truth is, I didn't become a fertility practitioner because I read a textbook.
I became one because I had to understand my own body.
For years, I lived disconnected from it.
I struggled with an eating disorder, lost my menstrual cycle and pushed myself beyond my limits.
Life brought more challenges than I could ever have imagined, and eventually I was told the words so many women fear:
"You won't get pregnant naturally."
I had cysts, fibroids, scarring and a blocked tube.
For a while, I believed that diagnosis was the end of my story.
But it wasn't.
It became the beginning of a different question.
Instead of asking, "What's wrong with me?"
I started asking,
"What is my body responding to?"
That question changed my life.
I conceived my daughter naturally at 44 and became a mum at 45.
More importantly, it changed the way I support women today.
I don't believe your diagnosis tells the whole story.
I believe your symptoms, your cycle, your lifestyle and your behaviours are all part of a bigger picture.
That's why I created The Fertility Pattern Blueprint™.
Because fertility isn't about trying harder.
It's about understanding your body well enough to know where to focus.
If you've already invested in your fertility and you're ready for someone to connect the dots, you're in the right place. 🤍

"I'm over 40. My periods are irregular, and I'm worried I'm in perimenopause."
This is one of the most common fears I hear.
And yes, changes to your menstrual cycle matter.
But I don't stop there.
I want to understand why your body might be responding this way.
When I hear this, I'm also curious about the bigger picture.
Are you constantly putting everyone else first?
Do you skip meals because you're too busy?
Do you run on coffee and keep pushing through, even when you're exhausted?
Are you always looking after everyone else's needs before your own?
And alongside that, are you noticing: • Irregular or changing periods • PMS or hormonal changes • Low energy • Digestive issues
Most people see these as separate problems.
I see a pattern.
You may recognise yourself in what I call The People Pleaser.
Understanding that pattern helps us stop guessing and start focusing on what your body may actually be responding to.
If you've already invested in your fertility and you're ready for someone to connect the dots, that's exactly what we explore in a Fertility Pattern Review™.

Over the past week, I've received comments from men saying things like, "I'll get you pregnant" or "DM me."
They may think it's funny.
But infertility isn't a joke.
Every day I speak to women who are carrying the heartbreak of trying to conceive.
Women who've been through failed IVF.
Women who've experienced pregnancy loss.
Women who've spent years wondering if they'll ever become a mum.
This page exists for them.
It's a place where women can feel understood, not judged.
Where they can ask questions without being mocked.
Where they can find hope without someone making light of one of the most difficult journeys they'll ever face.
So, I want to be really clear.
This community will always be built on respect, compassion and understanding.
If you're here to support women on their fertility journey, you're very welcome.
If you're here to make jokes at their expense, this isn't the place for you.
To every woman quietly carrying this journey…
I see you. And I'll continue doing everything I can to keep this a safe space for you. ❤️
