We are looking at introducing a Family Sunday Roast Day here at Ocean Heights and would love to hear from our residents’ family and friends to see who would be interested in joining us!

Please note: Sunday date to be confirmed – this poster has been shared to help us gather interest and plan the event.

Join us for a delicious roast and dessert for just £6.50 per person in a warm and welcoming atmosphere with residents, loved ones and friends.

☀️🌊 HOT WEATHER SAFETY AT OCEAN HEIGHTS 🌊☀️

With the warmer weather here, we want to help keep everyone safe, comfortable and cool. Please take a moment to read our handy hot weather tips.

💙 Keep out of the heat where possible
🧴 Wear sunscreen, light clothing and stay in the shade between 11am–3pm
💧 Stay hydrated with cold drinks and enjoy cooler foods
🚿 Cool down with a shower or cool water on your skin
🏠 Keep living spaces cool by closing windows during the day and opening them at night

Please remember to check in on family, friends and neighbours, especially those who may be more vulnerable in warmer temperatures.

Every couple of months, we will draw a wish and do our very best to make it come true, creating meaningful moments and lasting memories for those who call Ocean Heights home.

We would love to invite local businesses and community supporters to get involved. Whether through a donation, a service, an experience, or a small act of kindness — every contribution can help bring a resident’s wish to life.

No donation is too small, and every gesture makes a difference.

Today, Penny popped in to see us at Ocean Heights and brought lots of smiles and happiness along with her! 💙

Our residents absolutely loved spending time with Penny — enjoying cuddles, companionship and sharing some lovely moments together in the sunshine. Visits like these bring so much joy and brighten everyone’s day.
