It was so special to receive this photo from a previous group - these wonderful ladies have been meeting up frequently since they did their Bare Birthing course!
While making sure you are informed and empowered for birth is my number one goal, enabling you to create meaningful connections with other local parents is another great benefit to doing the group course. Our support network is so important in that first year, and meeting like-minded people with similar due dates is the perfect way to start creating your own dream team! 🤩
