🧡 It’s Coeliac Awareness Month 🧡
Although in our house every day is coeliac awareness day, working like scientists to bake bread and cake that “tastes like normal” and hunting for new coeliac friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs. 🍴

🤔But why does this matter to The Travelling Neuro Physio…
Because if a gluten free diet is not followed some coeliac’s can develop Gluten Ataxia. This presents with poor coordination, reduced balance and abnormal movement patterns. At The Travelling Neuro Physio we can help support your rehabilitation and point you in the direction of a good gluten free cake 🍰
