One year of Soul Circles. 🌹

A year of women showing up as their raw, authentic selves. A year of love and kindness offered to every Sister who has walked through the door, and to themselves.

The alchemy of every circle, the growth we witness in one another, and every moment in between, all of us figuring out this journey of life as we go, truly touches my heart.

Thank you to the land and the trees for leaning in and reminding us we are part of the cycle of life. And to the unseen force that guides us and holds us in sacred sanctuary.

It is the women who make the Soul Circle what it is. In their own words:

Alignment in the eclipse ✨

A couple of nights ago I lay in a field with my brother and my Grandad, watching shooting stars soar across the night sky. We each made a wish, stars pulsating, leaning in, listening.

It’s been a full few weeks. Family reunions, my mum’s birthday, Soul Circle, and our Lionsgate retreat at Avebury on 8.8, where a circle of powerful women watched the sun rise over the largest stone circle on Earth. We had it to ourselves. Magic.

Then this week the total solar eclipse arrived and sealed every seed. The portal opens, the dream is woven, the eclipse locks it in.

We’re now inside the eclipse corridor until the full moon eclipse on 28th August, and it is A LOT of energy. If you’re feeling tired, tender or strangely electric, nothing is wrong with you. Intuition is sharpening. Old emotions are surfacing to be cleared.

When I tune in, four words keep coming:
Connection. Alignment. Embodiment. Acceleration.

So here’s my invitation for this corridor: create some time for you, for your soul. We can all be busy fools rushing around, but the gold is found when we pause, breathe and come back to our own energy. That nudge you keep getting? It only gets louder the more you resist it.

And we’re not here to do it alone.

From September, Soul Circles run twice monthly (Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings), and on Sunday 20 September I’m holding the Equinox Day Retreat on beautiful land in Shepperton. Both capped at 12 women to keep them intimate.

On 8.8 at sunrise I am walking a circle of women into Avebury, the largest stone circle on Earth, at the exact peak of the Lionsgate.

Not to manifest a number. To align you to what your heart actually desires.

Underneath every goal you have ever written down is a desire of the heart. Not the number, the life. Not the milestone, the feeling of being fully yourself inside it. Most of us have never had a moment of true stillness and support to hear it clearly, let alone align our whole being to it.

So here is the morning. Ancient goddess land, standing on the serpent lines of the old earth grid. Above us, the sun in Leo aligned with the rising of Sirius, light codes pouring through the widest door of the year. As the sun rises we hold ceremony, clear what stands between you and your heart, and dreamweave: each woman seeding the dream her heart is carrying into the earth.

The moon that morning is in her dark dreamtime phase, the ancient hours for seeding beneath the surface. Four days later the total solar eclipse seals what we planted. We weave in the dreamtime. The eclipse locks it in.

Here is what is actually happening, we are in the middle of a big clearing and purge in order to raise our frequencies to be more heart centred and this means that everything that is not heart centred gets illuminated.

The patterns. The emotions. The places we are not showing up for ourselves. It all comes under the spotlight, not as punishment, as divine alignment to help us find our balance.

The Lionsgate portal is a magnet. It draws out everything in your way. Then on 8.8, our sun and the Sirius sun combine like rocket fuel to propel you on your path.

It is a lot. It holds no prisoners.

So if you are tired, tender, dreaming strangely, watching old patterns surface out of nowhere: you are not broken. You are clearing. Space is being made.

Keep your body moving. Keep your schedule soft. Write down what surfaces. And get clear on the one dream you are carrying into the peak.

What an adventure! Climbing the Watkins trail at Snowden... it’s one of the hardest trails and let’s just say it was intense!
