I don’t share this because I’m proud I can swim in the sea.

I share it because it reminds me of something much bigger.

There was a time when I wouldn’t have felt comfortable doing this.
Not because I couldn’t swim…
Because I didn’t feel comfortable in myself.

Most people think lasting change happens when you reach a number on the scales. In reality, it happens much more quietly.
It’s the moment you stop overthinking.
The moment everyday things start feeling easier.
The moment your life becomes something you can simply enjoy instead of constantly managing.

That’s what I’ve experienced over the last 12 years of maintaining my own weight loss.

And that’s what I now help others work towards.
