Let me introduce you to one of my Amazing members Amy.
Amy has lost an incredible 8stone and hit her target just before Christmas and this is what she has said about her weight loss journey 🥰👇

461 DAYS TO CHANGE MY LIFE!!
For years I was thinking that I could continue on my own little way, but life happened and I needed to make a change. I was a serial “I’ll start again on monday” person, but growth comes from facing adversity and growing stronger. In a world of people obsessed with pills, potions and jabs, I am proud to say I have done this the Slimming World way, without any of those things. I have taught myself perseverance, resilience and determination to get to where I am and this will continue. If you want something enough you can get it. There have been days, weeks even, where I lost my focus, thought it was too hard and wanted to give up, but having that goal in sight and remembering how far I have come has kept me going. The harder days are what made you stronger. Looking forward this year I have more things I want to challenge myself with, if you can’t challenge yourself you won’t change yourself.
Your body will achieve what your mind believes!
