What currently really annoys me about businesses around this town is when you send a genuine request asking if their premises are accessible to all ,i.e. flat level entrance suitable for Wheelchair ,and they don’t bother to get back to you to say either way !
 I am going to name them , because this particular company have been spouting about their new venture  and products in the town centre, but can’t be bothered to reply to a genuine enquiry.

I wonder when Shrewsbury businesses will start to take the initiative to let potential customers know that they are fully accessible, this they could do by updating their listing on Shrewsbury BID or original Shrewsbury website
