TRACY’S MOON NOTES 🌙

I’m so excited to introduce a new monthly space here on my page — Tracy’s Moon Notes.

Each month, I’ll be sharing a little about the Moon’s energy, her cycles, her purpose and the themes she may be inviting us to explore — from what we are being asked to release, realign and manifest, to simply creating space to pause and listen within.

Working with the Moon is something I have always felt deeply connected to.
Even as a young girl, I remember sitting in the back of the car, looking up at the Moon and feeling drawn to her energy. 🌙✨

Now, through my own healing journey and energy work, I’ve come to understand just how powerful it can be to work with these natural cycles and use them as a beautiful opportunity to come back to ourselves.
