Embodiment is a wonderful place to be.
At the York Pelvic Floor Immersive, we explored what it means to move as an integrated whole - not as a collection of parts, but as a living connected system - one body and one person integrated and whole. A collective and gathering of curious movers and movement professionals all knowing there is something more to movement. And observing how when we embody our movement and become integrated our nervous systems respond. So much fun and joy to go exploring! And one language: somatic movement.
The Franklin Method teaches us to be curious, non judgemental and try out different things. We imagine and sense before we move. And we listen back to our body for feedback and it’s yes - that instinctively felt good and now the rest of my body, mind and mood feels better too! A happy place to be!
Thank you to my hosts for bringing Franklin Method here into your space in the middle of York. I cannot wait to return in November for the Embodied Vagus Nerve & Deep Rest Immersive - that’s very special work and booking is now open. 🧘♀️🕯✨
See you soon York and thank you 🙏
