As a therapist, I combine professional knowledge with a heartfelt belief in the mind-body-spirit connection. I believe healing is about reconnecting with yourself, regulating the nervous system, and restoring balance to your energy.

Through a warm, compassionate and intuitive approach, I offer a space where you can slow down, feel deeply supported, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. My intention is to help you cultivate more peace, balance, and alignment so you can live with greater ease and authenticity.
