Great to attend the Care Management show at the NEC last week.

Our Director, Anish, bumped into Heather from Right at Home UK who was on a panel talking about how Right at Home manage to retain our excellent Carers. It's also about the culture we build to ensure that our Carers are not only the best, but the foundation of what we do! 🥳

Fantastic way to celebrate Father's Day last Sunday by helping one of our Clients and his chosen charity of Headway Birmingham & SolihullHeadway, raising funds for those with an acquired brain injury. A great group walk, support by our Directors, Registered Manger and Carers.

The work they do is fantastic in providing opportunities for social rehabilitation and interaction with others facing similar challenges. Over 2,000 people annually rely on local community funding to do this.

One of the biggest concerns people share with us is this:

“If I accept care, will I lose my independence?”

Our answer is simple. Good care should do the opposite.

In Solihull, we work alongside people — not instead of them. We encourage choice. We support routines. We respect how someone wants their day to look.

Support might include taking you shopping, arranging hospital visits/Doctors appointments or just helping you cook dinner, but the goal is always the same: helping someone remain in control of their own life.

If you would like to explore what that could look like for you, we would be happy to have a conversation.

We understand that no two recoveries are the same. That’s why our hospital-to-home and post-operative care services are fully personalised to help you or your loved one recuperate safely and comfortably at home.

We support local people returning from Heartlands, Solihull Hospital, Spire Solihull, Moseley Hall and Queen Elizabeth Hospital with tailored care focused on their requirements and recovery goals.

If you think you or someone you know could benefit from support after a hospital stay, whether that's due to illness, surgery, or a long-term condition, contact Right at Home Solihull today.

Confidence at home can mean many things.

Sometimes it means being able to make your own cup of tea.
Sometimes it means walking to the front door without fear.
Sometimes it simply means getting out into the garden or popping to the local shops for a spot of retail therapy.

In Solihull, we support people to build confidence step by step. That might involve mobility support, routine building, reassurance, companionship, appointment handling.

We believe good quality care should strengthen your independence, not replace it.

If you are wondering whether the right support could help you or someone you love feel more confident at home, we are here to talk.
