AI won’t be able to replicate the human parts of your class… que the outtakes.

When you’re trying to make content for your social media and teach a class by showing an alternative move. Then the door you’re blanching on opens causing you to almost fall through it 😂🤦‍♀️

The laughter from the ladies and myself shows that all classes aren’t perfect 👌 but the human element is spot on. This is why I love group fitness and why no AI 🤖 could ever replace it.

Teaching the class is only one part of the production.

Behind the scenes, there’s invocing todo, insurance to get, rent to pay, messages to reply to, classes to create and music to learn!

It never stops after class but I wouldn’t change it. Even if that means sometimes you got todo early morning on the train breakfast and energy drink in hand.

Was fantastic to clip my cleats back in and count the beat for some cover class teaching last Saturday at Edgbaston Priory Club

One of the nicest facilities i have taught in.

Members were lovely and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Looking forward to covering again next Saturday.
