Sometimes the best way to begin is one to one.

If you’ve been thinking about trying yoga but would rather have your own private space, I’d love to welcome you.

A private Iyengar Yoga session is completely tailored to you. Whether you’d like to improve flexibility, reduce back or neck pain, build strength, recover from an injury, or simply gain confidence before joining a group class, we’ll work at your own pace.

This summer I’m also offering private weekend sessions.
